摘要
企业核心竞争力僵化导致企业内核空虚,组织坏死,严重阻碍了企业的发展能力。文章从核心竞争力僵化的含义出发,分析了其形成原因,最后提出了防止核心竞争力僵化的方法。
The rigidity of the corporate core competitiveness always leads to the inner emptiness of the corporations and the destruction of the organizations. It restrains the development capability of the corporations severely. Beginning with the implication of the rigidity of the core competitiveness, the paper describes the cause of its formation and provides the method of how to prevent the rigidity of the core competitiveness.
