摘要 文章对房山区地理位置、地形地貌、水文气象和气候、地层岩性、构造及地震、地下水特征等现有资料进行了研究和分析,论述了房山区泥石流的特征、分布规律和形成因素,并针对房山区泥石流点多面广以及治理费用高的特点,提出了房山区泥石流灾害防治应坚持以预防为主、治理与预防相结合的原则,同时工程措施也不可能面面俱到,对众多的泥石流灾害点,在防治中应以非工程措施为主,治理中应采取以生物治理为主、工程治理与其相结合的原则。通过实施各种预防治理措施,房山区泥石流灾害将会得到一定程度的抑制,从而减少灾害的发生及造成的损失。 Based on researching and analyzing the available data of geography, topography and landforms, hydrometeorology and climate, strata stratigraphy and lithology, tectonlogy and seismology, groundwater features etc. in Fangshan district. The authors discussed the features, distribution, and forming factors of debris flow. In view of existing situation that the debris flow scatters and the control cost is high. The authors put forward the principle of prevention first and combination with controlling in prevention of debris flow hazards. Because it is impossible to take engineering measures to all aspects, non-engineering measures have to be put first in prevention of debris flow hazard. In controlling of debris flow hazards, it is better to follow the principle of putting the bio-control first and then combine with engineering control. By carrying out various prevention measures, the debris flow hazards in Fangshan District will be controlled to some extents and the outbreak of debris flow hazards and losses caused by them will be reduced.
