摘要
人格形成和发展的内部机制包括人格的动力机制和适应机制,它是中国化的人格理论研究的核心内容。在借鉴西方人格心理学理论成果的基础上,植根于并挖掘本国丰富的社会历史文化,提出中国国人的人格发展模式是个体通过自身价值体系自觉地协调和整合个体与社会关系,有意识地去建构一种具有促进人格形成和发展的内部机制。不同价值体系决定着不同人格适应机制,不同人格适应机制成为人格发展类型的依据。
The forming and develdping mechanism of personality, composed of drive and adaptation mechanism, is a important part of the theoretical research on personality and has never been systematically discussed so far. The drive and adaptation mechanism of personality are a value system playing key roles in the personality structure and are constructed in the process of individual socialization. The value system is individual steady behavior tendency and is an operation system which is harmonized with the social relationship. Determined by the different value systems, the adaptation mechanism of personality is the foundation of different types of personality.
