摘要
以石蜡为唯一碳源,从石油环境中驯化筛选出一株可在72 h降解固体石蜡达10.8%的黄杆菌LT2-2(Fla-vobacterium.sp.)。实验表明它对大庆稠油的降粘率达29.2%,并耐高温和高盐度。通过测定该菌在石蜡基础培养液中细胞繁殖与脂肪酸生成的关系,结合微生物降解石蜡的机理,提出了此菌代谢石蜡的产物生成动力学类型符合Gaden的非相关模型,并进一步求出了模型方程。
Flavobacterium. sp. strain LT2-2 was screened from oil-polluted environments,which could make use of 10.8% solid-paraffin as a carbon source during 72 h. It was shown that strain LT2-2 could decrease 29.2% viscosity of heavy oil from Daqing Oil Field and resist high temperature and high concentration of NaCI. Through detecting the relationship between cell growth and fatty-acids increasing on medium with solid-paraffin,it was speculated that this production kinetics accorded with the non-correlative model of Gaden. The model equation was extracted, based on degrading-paraffin mechanism of microbe.
