摘要
针对淮安地区建筑物普遍存在的外墙渗漏问题,从材料、设计、施工、使用等方面分析淮安地区建筑物普遍存在的外墙渗漏的主要原因,并针对这些原因,提出解决这些问题的可行方法,从而减少建筑物外墙渗漏,提高建筑物的外观美感和整体耐久性。
According to the outside-wall leakage problems pervasively existed in buildings in Huai＇an, from design, construction and other aspects its causing reasons are analyzed; at the ,same time corresponding resolving measures are proposed in order to eliminate this kind of defect to improve the appearance quality an durability of buildings.
