摘要
阐述了C a含量对L aC rO3材料的影响。用固相法合成的L a1-xC axC rO3(x=0.02,0.1)作为样品,观察其显微结构及测量样品的电阻值、强度及热膨胀系数,指出了C a可以促进L aC rO3的合成,但过高的C a含量会使材料的热膨胀系数变大,使材料的抗热振性变差。
The effect of Ca content on LaCrO3 has been studied. Using La1-xCaxCrO3 (x = 0. 02,0. 1) by solid phase synthesis method as the sample,the microstructure,resistance value,tend strength and thermal expansion coefficient of have been characterized. The results show that Ca may promote synthesis of LaCrO3 ,but high content of Ca will make the thermal expansion coefficient of the material large and the thermal shaking resistance low.
