摘要
目的研究维生素A同体液免疫和细胞免疫的关系,进一步探索VitA缺乏引起反复呼吸道感染的机制。方法选取近期无呼吸道感染的120名儿童为研究对象,检测其血中VitA、T细胞亚群(CD3、CD4、CD8)以及免疫球蛋白(IgGI、gM、IgA)的水平,利用SAS统计软件进行直线相关分析。结果VitA同CD4、CD4/CD8、CD3、IgG显示正相关关系。r值分别为0.893,0.776,0.425,0.214(P<0.05)。结论VitA缺乏与免疫功能低下有关。
Objective To study the relationship between vitamin A and cell-mediated immunity(CMI) and humoral immunity and research the major pathogenic factors that vitamin A deficiency lead to upper respiratory tract infection(URTI). Methods One hundred and twenty children without respiratory infection recently were chosen. The level of vitamin A in serum were determined. T cell subset( CD3、 CD4、 CD8 ) and immunoglobulin ( IgG、 IgM、 IgA) were determined, too. The analysis was done with SAS for windows. Result VitA had positive correlation with CD4、CD4/CDS、CD3、IgG(r=0.893, 0.776,0.425,0.214,P〈0.05). Conclusion The immune enhancing would decrease with the vitamin A deficiency.
