摘要
通过对一种典型陶瓷材料──Al2O3-TiC陶瓷的电火花线电极切割加工试验,分析在不同的工作液、不同的电加工参数下,对试件变质层厚度的影响,提出了减小变质层厚度的途径.
After the electrospark wire-electrode cutting test is made on atypical ceramic meterial-Al2O3-TiC ceramic composite, the authors analyzeseffect of various dieletric fluids and electric parameters on the thickness of deterioration layer and put forward the approach to the decreased thickness of the deterioration layer.
