摘要
对粗细两种颗粒成型的JB-9014在不同温度和单轴加载下的断裂模式进行了分析。X射线能谱仪(EDS)和扫描电镜(SEM)分析结果表明:JB-9014在常温下的破坏以穿晶断裂为主,而在高温下则表现为粘结剂断裂或晶体与粘结剂的脱粘。声发射实验表明,声发射能较好地监测JB-9014的损伤演化过程。最后,对几种断裂模式给予了理论上的解释。
The fracture models of two kinds of JB-9014 ,pressed from coarse and fine powders respectively,were analyzed at various temperatures and under the EDS and SEM. Analysis results show that JB-9014 bears the failure models of tranvers-granular at normal temperature but de-bonding or bonder-fracture above 70℃. The results also show that AE can monitor the process of damage evolution very well. Furthermone, all kinds of fracture models are explained theoretically.
