摘要
在铆钉力法的基础上提出了薄壁筋条和蒙皮均含裂纹时计算加筋板应力强度因子的解析-有限元混合法。对含裂纹和不含裂纹空间薄壁筋条,分别建立了棱线横向位移不连续平板模型和修正的二力杆模型。分析和计算发现,空间薄壁筋条和蒙皮均含裂纹时,加筋板应力强度因子的变化出现了一些新的规律。
Based on analytical method, an analysis-finite-element mised method (AFEM method) is developed in this paper to determine stress intensity factors (SIF) of stiffenedpanels with cracks in both sheet and 3-D thin wail stiffeners. In the AFEM method, the finite element method is employed to compute the displacement influence coefficients of the stiffeners; then the multi-cracked stiffened panel problem is solved by the analytical method. A series of SIF curves has been obtained in this paper by using the AFEM method.The results show that the AFEM method is an effective and convenient one to determine SIF of stiffened panel with cracks in both sheet and 3-D thin wall stiffeners while it is very difficult or inconvenient to solve the problem by analytical method or FEM alone.A strip model, In which the transverse displacements at crest line are discontinuous,and a modified bar element model (MBE model) are introduced in finite element method of 3-D thin wail stiffeners with and without cracks respectively. A specific cracked stiffened panel has been calculated by the strip model for comparson with the results of Ref[4]. The comparison shows that results of this paper and Ref[4] are in good agreement.SIF curve, corresponding to a specific stiffened panel with cracks in both sheet and 3-D thin wall stiffeners, was calculated and presented in this paper.
