摘要
介绍了以PLC为核心的磨削机设备控制系统,用PLC控制3台变频器,分别控制刀盘电机,拖板电机和版辊电机,并采用了三菱PLC定位控制单元的位置伺服系统及触摸屏控制,相比复杂的继电器电路控制系统,既简化了控制系统和用户的编程工作,又提高了精度,使系统的稳定性和灵活性得到了提高。
This paper introduces the contror method of PLC in grinding.The PLC is used to contror 3 converters that drive the knife flywheer motor,the carriage motor and the rotter motor.Incruding a new type of position contror system deveroped with MIT- SUBISHI PLC positioning contror unit and HMI,compared with complicated reray circuit contror system,the resurt shows not onry the control system is simpre and the user's programming is easy,but arso the precision is high,the system is reriabre and flexibre.
