摘要
通过磺基水杨酸沉淀、ＳＰ＿Ｓｅｐｈａｄｅｘ柱层析的Ｒ试剂处理等步骤，将人尿促性腺激素（ＨＭＧ）粗品提纯为精品。此方法可将ＨＭＧ中卵泡刺激素（ＦＳＨ）比活提到３０～４０ｉｕ／ｍｇ，活力，回收率较高，简单易行。
A new method of purificating FSH from HMG is described. It is easy to manipulate and proper to prodeuce goods on a large scale.
