摘要
针对深色系列KN型活性染料染色中存在的一些问题,对活性染料的染色特征值S、E、F、R值和其影响因素(浴比、无机盐、碱、温度)进行了研究,并以此分析了深色系列KN型活性染料染色过程中存在的上染固色率低、匀染性差等问题,以期为活性染料制定最佳染色工艺提供较为准确、科学的依据。
Some problems to a series of KN reactive dyes were analysed. In the light of these problems the S,E,F,R of reactive dye and factors（liquor . ratio salt , alkali, temperature and so on）were discussed, and analysed the dyeing problems of a series KN reactive dyes, such as low fixative rate .poor levelness and so on. So that can gives basis for defining the best technological process,also that can be a guidance to their application.
