摘要
对使用单片机作为中心测试器件的焊条交流稳弧性参数测试装置进行了研究.该装置可以准确地测试电流过零后,电弧再燃时的反向峰值电压u1,燃弧前瞬时电流I1和综合评定参数B以及u1,I1,B的平均值,而且测试过程实现自动焊接,自动测试,并给出声,光信息作为状态的标志,以便于使用和维修.
The Investigation of the detecting instrument used for AC arc stability parameters of electrode, where a single-chip microcomputer is used as a central detecting part, was described.The reverse peak voltage u1 during src reignning and the instaneous corresponding current I1,before are reignning and the comprehersive parameter B, as well as the average value of ul, I1,B can all be accurately detected during the detecting current passes zero. moreover, welding and detecting are all automatic during detecting process. In order to be reading operated and maintained. Voice and light signals tised as the marks of the condition were given.
