摘要
采用酶学速率法分析了8个家蚕品种末龄第3、5、7日后部丝腺谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)活力和比活力。少丝量品种末龄GPT、GOT比活力随末龄发育逐渐升高,多丝量品种GPT比活力随末龄发育而不断下降,而GOT比活力一直较高或略有升高。GPT、GOT比活力与茧层率、茧层量、全茧量的遗传相关,末龄第3天为显著正相关,第5天相关不显著,第7天为极显著负相关。GOT、GPT比活力遗传力分别达87.44%、80.4%,可作为产丝量选择的重要生化指标。
The activity and specific activity of glutamate-pyrulate transaminase(GPT)andglutamate-oxaloacetate transaminase(GOT) in the posterior silk glands of 8 silkwormraces on the third,fifth,and seventh day in the 5th instar were analysed.The specificactivity of GPT of hypersilkgeneous races decreased with the development of silkwormin the 5th instar while that of hyposilkgeneous races increased.The specific activity ofGOT of hypersilkgeneous races maintained high level or increased slightly in the last in-star but that of hyposilkgeneous races kept increasing. The phenotypical and geneticcorrelation between the specific activities of GOT,GPT and cocoon shell ratio,cocoonshell weight,cocoon weight varied with the silkworm developrnent in the 5th instar,positive on the third day,negative on the seventh and no significant correlation on thefifth.The H of specific activities of GOT and GPT are 87.44%and 80.4%,respectively,which can be an effective biochemical criterium for selection of silk yielding.
