摘要
案例教学是战略管理课程教学的必然趋势,开发和提高学生的能力是案例教学的一大特点。通过比较传统教学(主要指讲授教学法)与案例教学的优点和不足,确定了战略管理课程传统教学与案例教学课时的比例,即案例教学课时占总课时的比例以30%为宜。精心准备案例教学、有效控制案例教学过程、积极参与案例讨论、合理的评分系统是案例教学成功的基础。同时在案例教学中,教师与学生的角色要注意转换。
Case teaching in strategic management is an inevitable trend; it can develop and improve students' ability. The paper compares the traditional teaching and case teaching. 30% is a suitable proportion of case teaching hours to total teaching hours. To make good preparations for case teaching, to control case teaching process effectively, to take part in case discussion actively, and establish rational evaluating system are important factors for successful case teaching. The teacher is an organizer and students are principal participants in case teaching. Their roles are different from those in the traditional teaching.
