道教与中国古代历法关系十分密切,其内修外养均强调顺天应时,离不开对自然节候的把握。节气时辰对于道门中人来说,是一个极关键的问题。
Taoism was closely related with Chinese ancient calendar. Taoism stresses accordance with seasons and time in its inner cultivation and outer nutrition, which makes the mastery of seasons and time a key knowledge for Taoists.
