摘要
建立领导干部的退休制度是邓小平培养接班人思想的重要内容之一。通过建立顾问委员会作为过渡措施以顺利建立退休制度是邓小平的一个重要政治设计。在邓小平的一再倡导和身体力行下,各级领导干部的退休制度普遍建立并逐步完善起来,对于保证党的事业的长盛不衰、国家的长治久安,有着极为重要而又长远的现实和历史意义。
To establish a leader retirement system is one of the important aspects in Deng Xiaoping＇s ideas regarding the succession to the position of leaders. It is one of his important political ideas to establish an advisory committee system as an interim form to a full-fledged retirement system. Under his advocacy and also influenced by his good example, various retirement system involving leaders at all levels have been set up and are being completed. The successful establishment of this system plays an important part in keeping the momentum of the Party cause and in maintaining the pace of social development and social stability. It also has profound historical significance as well.
