护理学专业职业行为规范教育探索

摘要 随着医学模式的转变,社会对护理人才素质的要求越来越高,为满足临床护理改革的需求,开展了“护士职业行为规范教育”,使学生的职业行为完成从顺应、内化,到成型、升华为自身素质,促进学生素质的全面提高。 Along with the conversion of the medical science pattern, the demands of talented nurse becomes higher and higher. To meet with requirements of the clinical care reform, we carry out nursing speciality profession behavior norm's education. It makes nursing students' professional behavior to be improved by four steps: acclimation, internal change, orientation, and sublimation, Moreover, it also promotes nursing students' diathesis.
