摘要
近年来,随着中国居民收入水平的提高、各地旅游资源的持续开发及人们旅游观念的不断转变,旅游市场发生了结构性变化,散客旅游所占比重明显上升。然而散客旅游需求相对分散,旅游过程中个性化需求多,传统旅游模式很难统一组织并为其提供相关服务。通过分析散客旅游出行前、旅游过程中、旅游结束后等各环节的信息需求,提出通过新型的电子商务模式,利用电子商务的信息查询、网上交易、网上支付、物流配送等功能,并结合移动方式实现散客旅游服务的电子商务解决方案。
In recent years, with the raising of income level, continuous exploitation for travelling resources in many districts and constantly changing in personal travel conception, the travelling market structure experiences a change. As a result the proportion of scattering travel ascend apparently, the demand of scattering travel is comparatively dispersive and the individual demand in the travelling becomes greater. Therefore it is difficult to offer enough service with traditional modes and organization for travelling. Through analysis for the demands of travellers before their travellig, during their travelling and after their travelling. This article proposes a new E-commerce solution payment and physical distribution.
