摘要
以高速逆导硅S3900MF为主逆变器件设计了一种小型高压组合电源,并对电源的输出特性及倍加器内阻等参数进行了测定。
A small-sized high voltage power supply with a high speed an-tidromic thyristor S3900MF as the DC-AC converter is presented in this paper. Its output characteristics, internal resistance of its dupler, and other parameters measured are also given.
