摘要
吉林省是最早实施商品粮基地建设的省份之一。在20多年的建设中,吉林省商品粮基地为国家提供了大量的商品粮,为实现国家粮食安全做出了重要贡献。但在发展中遇到了经济发展滞后、农民收入增长缓慢等问题。在农业发展的新时期,应从强化商品粮基地的粮食供给能力、增强商品粮基地的区域经济整体功能、实施商品粮基地重点支持政策、加快商品粮基地的流通设施建设等方面推进商品粮基地的建设与发展。
Jilin is one of the provinces that have constructed early commodity grain production bases in china. In the construction of more than 20 years, Jilin province has provided a great deal of commodity grain for our country and has made an important contribution to food safety. But meanwhile it has met the problems of the slow development of its economy and the slow increase of the farmers＇ income. In the new period of agricultural development, the construction and development of commodity grain production ought to be based on strengthening the capability of grain supply, improving the whole function of economy, carrying out the policy of centering on commodity grain production base support and speeding up the construction of the circulation facilities.
