摘要
应用SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,分别选取同属不同种和不同属种的黏菌进行蛋白质电泳实验。结果表明:团毛菌目黏菌的凝胶电泳具有种的特异带,可作为种间分类依据,特别是近缘种的划分。团毛菌目黏菌不同属间所含相同的蛋白质亚基较少,属内不同种黏菌相同的蛋白质亚基较多,属间较种间谱带差异明显。蛋白质电泳技术可作为黏菌近缘种鉴定的一种手段。
Polyaccrylamide gel electrophoresis was used in the taxonomic study of Trichiales. The results showed that the pattern of SDS - PAGE reflected the speciality in species level, which can reflect the relationship between the species. The electrophoresis patterns showed that them were few same subunits among the order of Trichiales, The same subunits are fewer among genera than within a genus. And it is the same within a species. This result shows that polyaccrylamide gel electrophoresis can be a good proof on molecular level in the taxonomy of myxomycetes.
