摘要
结合试验路实体工程,采用有限元方法分析了土工布、玻璃纤维网对旧水泥混凝土(PCC)路面沥青混凝土(AC)加铺层复合式路面结构的内力影响,发现为防治旧PCC路面的接缝/裂缝在AC加铺层内产生反射裂缝,宜在加铺层底部铺设夹层,且模量较大的玻璃纤维网效果更好.在理论分析基础上铺设了试验路,经受了实体工程的考验.
In this paper, the mechanical properties of the old PCC pavement structure overlaid with AC was analyzed with ANSYS, a software for finite element analysis, and the influence of interlayers, depth of AC-overlay and modulus of AC-overlay was taken account. According to the study it could be concluded that in order to retard the reflective cracking the interlayer should be put below the overlayer and the interlayer of high modulus can take effect well. The test road was constructed and as yet worked well.
