摘要
本文主要对当代中国的流行语进行分析。指出流行语是在一定时期内广为流传的,使用率明显高于平均水平的语言。流行语具有阶段性、时效性和使用上的高频性等特征。流行语按照不同的标准可以分为不同的种类。在对当代中国社会流行语进行分析的基础上指出这些流行语的主要来源是社会和政治生活中产生的新词、旧词语的重新流行、外来词语及影视歌曲等大众媒体的经典语言。在此基础上,本文还提出了研究当代中国社会流行语的重要意义。
This paper mainly analyzes catchphrases in China. Catchphrases refer to words which are spread widely and are used much more frequently than other words in a certain period. Catchphrases are characterized by short time, effectiveness for a given period of time and high frequency. It can be classified into different types in light of different standards. Based on the analysis, the paper points out that the main resources of catchphrases are new words produced in the social and political life; the old words which become popular again; the borrowed words and words from the mass media. Finally, the paper puts forward the significance of this study.
