摘要
目前我国民族区域自治法在三个方面与民族法治化存在较大差距:民族区域自治法法律体系不完善;人们的民族区域自治法法律观念不强;民族区域自治法实施机制不健全。为了实现民族区域自治法的现代化,我国应在这三个方面进一步完善民族区域自治法。
It exists broad gap between Chinese regional national autonomy laws and national rule by law at three aspects： the system of regional national autonomy laws is not perfect; the views of regional national autonomy laws is poor; execution mechanism of regional national autonomy laws is not sound. So, in order to realize the modernization of Chinese regional national autonomy laws, it is necessary to perfect it at the three aspects.
