摘要
叙述华能沁北电厂一期工程2×600MW国产化超临界机组锅炉起动调试采用不熄火降压法吹管的情况。实践证明,采用该方法时水冷壁水动力工况稳定,水冷壁、过热器以及再热器管壁不超温,运行人员操作的复杂程度大大简化。其成功应用可为类似水冷壁结构及起动系统直流锅炉蒸汽冲洗提供参考。
The situation of adopting pressurereducing method without flameout to blow tubes in commission debugging of boilers for homemade 2×600 MW supercritical units in the first project period of Huaneng Qinbei Power Plant has been presented. The practice proved that the adoption of said method makes the hydrodynamic performance in waterwall to be stable, and the tube wall of waterwall, superheater, and reheater to be not overtemperature, and the operating complexity of operators to be greatly simplified. The successful appication of said method can provide reference for steam blowing of oncethrough boilers with similar waterwall structure and similar startup system.
