摘要
该文对半潜式重载船在失事舰船救援方面应用进行了探讨,介绍了半潜式重载船救援受损船的适用条件、人员组织,管理细节以及安全保障要求等,分析了国外在操作中的具体方法和成功经验,对于我海军防险救生工作不失为有益的借鉴。
This paper discusses ship, introduces the applicable the application of semi-submersible heavy-laden vessel in rescue of wrecked condition, personnel organization, management details and secure insurance of the semi-submersible heavy laden ship in rescue operation, analyzes the performance method and success experience in other countries and gives helpful reference to China＇s naval salvage and rescue.
