摘要
介绍改善罩极电机起动力矩的方法,解决罩极电机起动力矩小,效率低和过载能力差的问题。在实验室通过对电机测定,证明能满足对起动要求较高的小功率电器产品要求。
This paper introduces a new method to improve the starting moment of shaded-pole motors. The method solves the problem that Single-phase shaded-pole motor possesses poor features like low moment, low efficiency and small overload capacity in the process of starting and operation. By measuring parameters of motor rotating speed and angular force in laboratory, it is proved that the method wholly meets the challenge of low power electric appliance that has higher demand for starting character.
