摘要
利用NOVA1000比表面测试仪,测试了相同粒度的膨化硝酸铵和普通粉状硝酸铵的孔径分布、比表面积、累积孔面积、累积孔体积、扩展表面积、吸附体积以及孔容等微观特性参数。结果表明,膨化硝酸铵比普通粉状硝酸铵具有较大的比表面积、累积孔面积、累积孔体积和扩展表面积以及良好的吸附性能。结合两种硝酸铵的吸油率和渗油面积的测试结果,从微细孔的微观结构上解释了膨化硝酸铵具有较高的吸油率和较低渗油性的根本原因在于其特殊的表面结构。
Microcosmic parameters including pore size distribution, specific surface area, cumulative pore area, cumulative pore volume, extended surface area, absorption volume and pore volume of swelled ammonium nitrate and general powder ammonium nitrate with same particle size are measured in details by NOVA1000 specific surface area detecting instnnnent. Resuits show that swelled ammonium nitrate possesses bigger specific surface area, cumulative pore area and cumulative pore voltune, extended surface area, and better absorption ability, compared with general powder ammonium nitrate. Based on oil-absorption rate and oil-exudation area measured for two kinds of ammonium nitrate, it is illustrated the reason for higher oil-absorption rate and lower oil-exudation rate of swelled ammonium nitrate is its special surface structure, in respect of microstructure of fine core.
