摘要
螺杆压缩机在1998年至2001年间共发生7次转子折断事故,给工厂造成了重大经济损失。经多次分析,确定主要原因是应力集中和表面质量差引起的疲劳失效。为此,采用在转子折断截面位置加工减荷槽的办法,使问题得到很好的解决。
The accidents that the rotor of screw compressor broke off happened 7 times between 1998 and 2001. It has caused the great economic losses to factory. Through analysis many times, the main reason is fatigue failure that is caused by stress concentration and surface quality. For this reason, a trough is processed in rotor breaking sectional position. The problem has been well solved.
