摘要 Fe3+和Mn2+分别在不同pH下与5-B r-PADAP形成有色络合物.显色条件实验表明,Fe3+和Mn2+在单一组分的不同缓冲溶液体系中不能与显色剂同时显色.通过研究,提出选用乙酸-乙酸钠、硼砂-盐酸双缓冲溶液体系,成功地解决了Fe3+和Mn2+同时与5-B r-PADAP显色的问题,为进行汽油中的铁、锰含量的分光光度同时测定提供了基本条件.在此基础上,应用化学计量学方法对实验结果进行了解析. The content of Fe^3+ and Mn^2+ can be determined by photometric method with 5-Br-PADAP as color reagent in different pH solution. Experimental results indicate that Fe^3+ and Mn^2+ can not be simultaneously determined by photometric method with 5-Br-PADAP as color reagent in single buffer solution. We have applied acetic acid -sodium acetate and sodium tetraborate- hydrochloric acid two kinds of buffer solution to solve the problem successfully. So, it can make a condition simultaneous determination of Fe Mn in simulated - gasolene. Spectral datum is analyzed by chemometrics method. Prediction result of sample is reduced remarkably with desired results.
