磁场对CaN/Al_xCa_(1-x)N抛物量子阱中电子态能量的影响 被引量:3

Influence of Magnetic Field to Electric Energy in CaN/Al_xCa_(1-x)N Parabolic Quantum Well

摘要 采用变分法,研究了外界磁场对抛物量子阱中基态能量的影响,并给出抛物量子阱CaN/AlxCa1-xN中的数值结果.研究结果表明,基态能量对磁场强度的变化很敏感,并随着外磁场的增加而增加;磁场对基态能量的贡献随着阱宽的增大而增大. In the adiabatic approximation, the ground states energy of the electron in the parabolic quantum well structures was studied under an external magnetic filed. The results for a CaN/AlxCa1-xN parabolic quantum well were obtained. It is found, from numerical results, that the magnetic filed to the energy of the electron is very obvious in the parabolic quantum well. The ground states energy of the electron increase with increasing the magnetic filed. On the other hand, contribution of the magnetic filed to the energy increase with increasing the well width.
