摘要
根据焦作矿区5个矿井的煤层底板含水层注浆改造工程的实践,阐述了实施煤层底板含水层注浆改造技术时注浆孔、注浆压力、注浆材料、浆液配比、注浆量、终压及稳定时间等注浆参数的确定和选择,分析了工程施工的步骤、存在的问题与处理方案及工程实施的效益。研究表明,该技术不但可有效防止突水事故的发生,而且经济合理,同时还能有效地保护地下水资源,具有较高的推广应用价值。
Based on the practices of grouting - reconstruction of aquiferous footwall stratum in the five mines of Jiaozuo mining area, this paper presents the determination and selection of grouting parameters, such as grouting hole, pressure, material and so on, analyzes the construction process and existed problems during the construction and the efficiency of the project. The restilts indicate that grouting - reconstruction technology not only can avoid the water inrush but also can protect the underground water resources effectively, meanwhile is reasonable in econom- ics and deserves to be popularized.
