摘要
高压水除鳞系统在热轧钢板生产中对钢板表面质量起着决定性的作用。介绍了江阴西城钢铁有限公司中厚板轧机高压水除鳞系统设计和应用中的成功经验及做法,对于开展高压水除鳞系统设计、制造、安装有一定的帮助和借鉴作用。
The high pressure water descaling system plays a decisive role in the surface quality of steel plates during producing hot rolled steel plates. This paper presents some successful experiences and practices in the design and application of high pressure water descaling system of the middle - thick plate mill in Jiangyin Xicheng Iron ＆ Steel Co. Ltd, which is helpful to and provides references for the design, manufacture, and installation of high pressure water descaling system.
