摘要
自1986年国际原子能机构首次使用安全文化概念以来,世界有核国家均广泛采用,并加以推广。企业文化反映一个企业管理水平、员工素质等多方面内容,而安全文化可以认为是核电企业文化的核心,直接与电厂的运行安全和业绩有关。本文从组织和个体文化的角度,论述了核安全文化。
The nuclear safety culture is used increasingly and developed by countries that have nuclear plants all over the world, since the term “ safety culture” was first introduced by IAEA in 1986. Enterprises culture reflects many terms in an enterprise, such as management level and staff quality. The safety culture is the center in a nuclear enterprises culture, and relates directly to the safety and outstanding achievement of operation. This paper discusses the nuclear safety culture from the viewpoints of the organizational and individual cultures.
