摘要
为了探讨磺化铝酞菁光动力治疗合并热疗对小鼠肝癌的治疗作用及其协同作用机制,用昆明种小鼠腹腔接种肝癌腹水。单独高温对肝癌细胞琥珀酸脱氢酶、超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽含量无明显影响,在光动力作用之后合并高温对此三者的抑制作用显著加强。
Mouse hepatoma ascites was inoculated s.c. into the footpad of right hind leg. On the 7th day after inoculation the tumor site was treated by heat (44℃, 25 min), photodynamic therapy (PDT) with aluminum sulfonated phthalocyanine, or PDT plus heat. The hepatoma growth was almost completely inhibited and a high percentage of cure obtained in the combination group. The succinic dehydrogenase (SD), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione (GSH) of hepatoma cells were affected by PDT alone, but were much more extensively inhibited by PDT followed by hyperthermia.
