糖皮质激素致“阳虚”雄性大鼠代谢变化的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 用糖皮质激素制造大鼠“阳虚”模型,以探讨其体内代谢变化。16只3月龄雄性SD大鼠,体重245~347g,随机分为对照组和激素组,后者喂醋酸泼尼松4.5mg/kg,2次/w,持续3个月。结果表明:与对照组比较,激素组体重减少了8.83%;内脏重量减轻,尤以肾上腺和睾丸(分别减少了12.12%和13.66%)为甚;血清生化指标AKP降低了27.63%;胫骨上段骨小梁面积及数量分别减少38%和37%,从而出现骨量丢失。本文初步认为阳虚时会对动物的内脏和生化指标产生影响,并进一步证实了阳虚与骨质疏松有内在联系。 To study the metabolic changes in vivo in male rats, the model of the insufficiency of the Yang of Kidney was induced by prednisone. 16 Sprague Dawley(SD) male rats 3 months age and 345 - 347g weight wre used in this study and randomly divided into control and hormontreated (fed prednisone acetate 4. 5mg/kg twice a week for 3 month period) group. The results shown that the rat weights were decreased to 8. 83%, the wet weights of visceral organs were reduced, of which the adrenal gland and testes were decreased to 12. 12% and 13. 66% respectively. AKP in serum were decreased 27. 63%, the area and amount of trabecular bone of proximal tibia reduced so as to make bone mass loss. These data comfirmed that visceral organs, biochemical parameter changed and osteoporosis were produced in the insufficiency of the Yang of kidney.
