摘要
采用超临界流体萃取分馏技术,按平均相对分子质量将伊朗重质减压渣油精细分割成15个馏分,并对其中6个馏分的油水界面粘弹性进行了考察。结果表明,伊朗重质减渣馏分的扩张粘弹性参数随馏分的增重以及扩张频率增大而递变。随馏分的增重,扩张模量、扩张弹性、扩张粘度逐渐增加,相角逐渐减小;随扩张频率的增加,扩张模量、扩张弹性逐渐增大,而扩张粘度、相角逐渐减小。轻馏分界面膜可压缩性好,缓冲作用强,扩张粘弹性参数随扩张频率及馏分的递变幅度小;重馏分界面膜刚性强,扩张粘弹性参数随扩张频率及馏分的递变幅度大。温度升高,界面膜强度降低,馏分扩张模量、扩张弹性及扩张粘度在50℃(实验最高温度)时最低,同时馏分分子间的相互作用更加剧烈,界面膜对外界的作用反应更迅速,相位差与相角减小。
The vacuum residue frown Iranian heavy crude oil was separated into 15 fractions according to the average molecular mass by using the super-critieal fluid extraction technology. The dilatational viscoelasticity of oil-water interracial film formed by six typical fractions was studied. It was concluded that the parameters of dilatational viscoelasticity changed with the increase of molar mass of fractions or dilatational frequency. With the molar mass of fractions increasing, the dilatational modulus, dilatational elasticity, dilatational viscosity increase and the phase angle decreases. With the dilatational frequency increasing, the dilatational modulus, dilatational elasticity increase and dilatational viscosity, phase angle decrease. The interracial film formed by light fractions shows buffering characteristic with higher compressibility, and the increased extent of parameters of dilatational viscoelasticity is lower gradually with the increase of molar mass of fractions or dilatational frequency. The interracial film formed by heavy fractions shows rigidity characteristic with little compressibility, and the increased extent of parameters of dilatational viscoelasticity is higher with the increase of molar mass of fractions or dilatational frequency. With the temperature rising, the rigid of the interfacial film is lower, ,and the dilatational modulus, dilatational elasticity, dilatational viscosity decrease to the lowest at 50℃, which is the highest experimental temperature. At the same time, the reaction between the fraction moleculars is much stronger and results in the smaller phase angle and smaller phase angle, correlating to the shorter time for the interfadal film to respond the compressing.
