摘要
企业再造与核心能力之间的关系是本文所关注的问题。本文认为,业务流程能力是企业核心能力体系中的一个有机组成部分,流程再造是提升流程能力的一种管理技术,包括业务流程再造的企业再造是提升企业核心能力的有效途径。
This paper concentrates on the relationship of business reengineering and core competence. The business processing competence is a part of the core competence system, BPR is a managerial technique of improving process competence, and business reengineering including BPR is an effective approach to improve core competence.
