摘要
由异癸醇和三氯化磷反应制得亚磷酸三异癸酯.通过对比实验确定了以吡啶为缚酸剂、苯为溶剂.采用正交试验法确定适宜的工艺条件为:反应温度为60℃,溶剂用量约为异癸醇质量的3倍,滴加时间控制在90 m in,反应时间为1.5 h,异癸醇和三氯化磷的物质的量之比为3.1∶1.在此条件下,合成产率可以达到96.8%,产品质量达到国外同类产品的指标.产品经红外、核磁光谱表征.
Triisodecyl phosphite ester is synthesized with isodecyl alcohol and PCl3 by using the direct esterification method. It is determined with the comparison method that pyridine and benzene are used as the HCl aeceptor and the solvent, respectively. With an orthogonal experiment method, the suitable synthesis conditions are defined as follows : the reaction temperature: 60℃, the solvent quantity:3 times the mass of isodecyl alcohol, the dropwise time: 90 rain, reaction time : 1.5 h, the molar ratio of isodecyl alcohol and PCl3 : 3.1 : 1. Under the above conditions, synthetic productivity can reach 96.8%. The quality of the product can reach the indexes of the oversea products.
