摘要
电力负荷管理系统是一个集现代化管理、计算机应用、自动控制、信息技术等多学科技术于一体,能够实现电力营销监控、电力营销管理、用电费用抄收、数据采集和网络连接等多种功能的一个完整的系统.广大农网中的中小型电力用户,具有容量小、分布散及数据采集量小等特点.针对农网的中小型电力用户研究了一种基于公用移动通信网络(GSM)的配电网负荷管理系统.该系统利用GSM作为无线通信信道,可较好地解决分散电力用户的管理问题.同时对负荷管理系统的构成及功能设计等进行了系统介绍.
Power load management system is a complete multi-functional system which integrates power business supervision and management, business copy, data acquisition and network connection by applying several subjects such as modern management, application of computer, automatic control and information. In rural power network, medium and small sized customers have such characteristics as small capacity, dispersed distribution and small amount of data acquisition. Aiming at these characteristics, this paper presents a new load management system based on GSM( Global System for Mobile communication) network, explains the resource predominance of using GSM as communication system, provides the combination and design of this system, and finally, discusses the practicability of this system and its expansive application prospect.
