摘要
目的评价表柔比星(EPI)膀胱内灌注预防膀胱癌电汽化术(TUV-Bt)后复发的疗效及安全性。方法对32例浅表性膀胱癌患者行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电汽化术,术后定期应用EPI(30mg/30ml)膀胱内灌注(保留30分钟),观察其疗效及安全性。结果32例全部随访4～24个月,无1例复发。除2例创面不愈合并发溃疡外,无明显不良反应。结论EPI膀胱内灌注,初步疗效表明其预防膀胱肿瘤术后复发效果显著,长期疗效有待进一步观察。
Objective To evaluate the medical effects of intravesieal instillation of Epirubiein （EPI） on bladder tumor after transurethral electrovaporization （TUV-Bt）. Methods TUV-Bt was carried out in 32 cases of superficial bladder cancer. After the operation EPI （30 mg/30ml） was instilled into bladder （to retain 30rain） at regular intervals and its medical effect and safety were evaluated. Results 32 cases were all follow-up for 4 - 24months. Recurrence was not obvious side effects. Conclusions The primary effects of instilling EPI indicated that the method possessed remarkable effects on preventing recurrence after the TUV-Bt for bladder cancer. Long-term medical effects need to be further studied.
