摘要
以某单级涡轮为研究对象,基于叶轮机械设计和性能计算中广泛应用的子午面流线曲率法,采用多种不同损失模型对涡轮热力性能进行了数值模拟计算分析,对比分析了各种损失模型在基本假设、损失机理、损失预测、涡轮性能计算方面的差异。这里特别针对不同损失模型,数值分析了涡轮叶片压力损失系数沿相对叶高的变化规律、涡轮叶片平均压力损失系数与进口气流角的关系、相对栅距变化对不同损失模型预测结果的影响。分析结果表明,由于在基本原理和基本假设等方面的差异,不同损失模型的适用条件不同,预测结果差异也较大,在涡轮设计中应特别予以注意。
The object studied in this paper is a single - stage turbine, based on the meridional streamlinecurvature method which is widely used in the design and performance analysis of turbomachinery. numerical calculation to simulate the turbine thermodynamic pe^ormance involving several different loss model is done. According to these models, the authors compare the difference between these models about assumption, mechanism, prediction, performance calculation and so on. By the above calculation and analysis, pressure loss coefficient versus blade relative height is acquired, so do average loss coefficient versus inlet flow angle and relative pitch. The results show that these models have different applicable conditions and that prediction is greatly different because of the difference in basic theory and assumption, and should be pay more attention in the turbine design.
