摘要
综述了近年来添加剂对氧化锌电阻片电学性能影响方面的研究进展,分析了不同添加剂对氧化锌电阻片电学性能的影响机理。通过比较发现,纳米添加剂可以降低高温烧成时的烧成温度,进而抑制晶粒长大,改善烧成均匀性,氧化锌晶粒平均尺寸可控制在1μm左右,泄漏电流2μA,通流容量可达250J/cm3。指出纳米添加剂进一步在氧化锌电阻片生产中的应用是今后研究的方向。
The progress on research into effect of additive on electrical performance of ZnO varistors in recent years is surveyed. The mechanism of additive effecting on electrical performances is analyzed. It is discovered by comparison that nano-metric additives can reduce the sintering temperature and thus restrain the crystal growth and improve the firing homogenization. Thus, the mean ZnO particle size can be controlled upto about 1μm, the leakage current of 2 μA and the discharge capacity increased upto 250J/cm^3. It is pointed out that the research tendency for ZnO varistor technology is to introduce nanometric additives.
