数控机床的管理是一个系统工程,包含从数控机床的选用、安装、调试和验收等前期管理,到数控机床使用、维护保养、故障检测及修理、改造更新等使用管理,以及设备报废的全过程。本文主要论述在数控机床维修管理方面的几点看法。
