摘要
利用 BWRS 状态方程对气波制冷机变工况时出口参数进行了计算求解。计算表明:气波机的进气组成中,轻组分越多,分配器 出口的临界速度越大,流体的质量流量减少,摩尔流量增加;不同组分混合物在相同的进气条件下,制冷温降相差较大;进气压力增加,分配器 的质量流量和摩尔流量均增加;同样的制冷效率下,进气中轻组分多时温降大,重组份多时温降小。计算结果对气波机设计、操作具有实际指 导意义。
By using BWRS state equations, the outlet parameters of gas wave refrigerator under varied working conditions were calculated. The result proved that in the compositions at inlet of gas wave refrigerator, the more the light compositions, the larger the velocity of the gas. Under this condition, the mass flow will decrease and, however, Moor flow at the outlet will increase. Under the same inlet condition, the temperature decrease for refrigerating mixed medium with different compositions will has large difference. When the pressure at inlet increases, both the mass flow and Moor flow increase. With the same refrigerating efficiency, the more the light compositions at inlet, the large the temperature decrease. The result of calculation is significant in guiding the design and the operation of gas wave refrigerators.
