摘要
为了解深圳市宝安区学龄前儿童发铅水平,探讨与其它5种元素的相互关系,对来自宝安光明预防保健所资料完整的482名2~5岁儿童的头发微量元素检测结果进行了分析,发铅及其它元素含量均采用原子吸收分光光度法测定.结果表明,学前儿童发铅均值8.52 μg/g,几何均值6.28 μg/g,高发铅(≥10 μg/g者)检出率为33.4%;随年龄增长,发铅水平水平呈下降趋势,F=1.835,χ2=1.250,P>0.05;外来务工家庭儿童发铅水平和高发铅检出率[258例,(8.86±2.21)μg/g,39.5%]显著高于本地居民家庭儿童[224例,(8.13±2.02)μg/g,26.3%],两者比较,t=3.796,χ2=9.385,P=0.01;工业区儿童发铅水平显著高于居民区儿童(Q=6.363,P<0.01),发铅值与其发铁值显著负相关(r=0.212,P=0.05).提示预防儿童铅中毒,要特别关注外来务工家庭小年龄儿童的保护.
To analyze the level of hair Lead of preschool children in Bao'an district of Shenzhen and discuss the relationship between six dements and lead in their hair, hair samples were collected from 482 preschool children aged 2 - 5 years old in Guangming township of Bao'an district of Shenzhen city during May - August, 2004 - 2005. The levels of hair lead were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer . The results showed that with age. The levels of hair lead a significant down trend ( F = 1. 835, P 〉 0.05). The mean level of hair lead and the rate of high hair lead, based on the standard (≥10 μg/g) in exotic journey-work families preschool children were (9.86± 2.21) gg/g, 39.5%, while in native family they were (8.13±2.02) μg/g, 26.3%. There were significant differences between them (t = 3.796, χ^2 = 9.385, P 〈 0.01 ). Hair lead levels of preschool children living in industrial estate were higher than that living in residential area. While there were significant negative correlation between their lead levels and their iron levels hair ( r = 0.231, P 〈 0.05). It concludes to prevent and control lead poisoning, enough attention should be paid to preschool children in industrial estate and exotic joumeywork families.
