加入世界贸易组织/与贸易有关的知识产权协议后,日本工业产权法和著作权法的改正并不是很多,其中不少修改是以工业产权的适当、迅速保护为目标。《知识产权基本法》和《知识产权推进计划》是加强知识产权保护的重要内容。近期,知识产权判例的作用在日本也越来越重要。
There are not many significant amendments on Industrial Property Law and Copyright Law in Japan after Japan entered into the WTO/TRIPs Agreement. Some revisions aim at appropriate and prompt protection of industrial property. The Basic Law on Intellectual Property and the Plan for Promotion of Intellectual Property are important to intellectual property protection. Recently, IP cases become increasingly important in Japan.
