摘要
采用高压硝化罐法对试样进行消解,分别用ICP-AES和AAS两种方法测定了红景天中Mg、Fe、Zn、Mn等微量元素的含量,回收率在96.0%—102.0%之间,相对标准偏差均小于2.00%。对两种方法比较无明显差异,但ICP-AES法简单,快速,灵敏度高,准确性好,且多元素同时测定。它能为红景天的药理、药效研究和综合开发利用,提供了广泛的科学依据。
Samples were digested by high pressure nitrifying pot,and Mg,Fe,Zn and Mn were determined by ICP-AES and AAS. The recovery is 96. 0%-102.0% with RSD less than 2.00%. There is no obvious difference between ICP-AES and AAS, while ICP-AES is simple and rapid with some advantages such as high sensitivity ,good accuracy and simultaneous determination of many elements. The study offers a scientific basis for study of the medicine principle, effects and utilization of Rholidal.
